The following is a summary of how the comments have been addressed: A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan: 1. The DEC( Registration statement is completely filled out and signed with this resubmission. B. Pollution Prevention Plan: 1. Acknowledged. C. Stormwater Management Plan: 1. The pipe calculations are now included with this set of plans and includes the tie -into EX STR 81 thru EX STR 83 and outtall at the Existing Culvert 16 and demonstrates adequacy at both outtall locations. See attached culvert calcs and pipe calculations sheets. 2. The drainage easements for storm leaving the site are now shown and labeled and shall be platted prior to site plan approval. The drainage easement is labeled on ESC Phase V and on the Final Site Plan Grading Plan. D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan: 1. Sediment trap 1 no longer outfalls over the existing sidewalk, the outflow is now picked up by temporary storm structures.
