WPO plan is bonded. ROAD plan phase 1 improvements are bonded (email, A. Kilmer, July 27, 2022 11:59 AM). 2. VI a. Copy Notes 27 and 28 from Galaxie Farm Subdivision plat, phase Ito phase 2 final subdivision plat. Notes ref VDOT maintenance of drainage and allocate private v. public street maintenance. b. Maintenance may be declined by one or both of County of Albemarle School Board or VDOT for portion that is Variable Private R/W on TMP 91-11 or that is public RW. VDOT may elect not to maintain public RW immediately north of Lot 54 /N end Vera Rubin Place. Proposed Var private Nar public RW is problematic from maintenance and ownership standpoints. Dispute may give rise to pavement /facility maintenance issues or neglect in the future. Entities (VDOT, County of Albemarle) may reject responsibility for facilities they do not own.
