After all signatures are obtained, Please ensure that they are recorded in the following order:
1. Crockett SWM (plat attached hereto)
2. Crockett drainage (plat recorded inunediately prior hereto)
3. Brookhill Master SWM (plat info to be filled in at recordation)
Let us know if you have any questions. I ani on vacation next week, so I copied Cameron since he is the planner
on this project He can help pass things along in my absence.

Emily Cox in Engineering is drafting the public easement deeds and she will send those to you once they are completed.

will likely have the deeds finished in the next week or so. Feel free to send her & I an email if you haven't received them

Welcome back! I imagine it's crazy over there after being gone, but know that we appreciate all your hard work.
Quick question: I'm a little confused by comment 7 and Emily's comment number 5. Are retaining walls not included in
the private improvements code section that was revised back in February? (See comment number 12.) There definitely
is a supplemental declaration addressing it, I just thought that County was not reviewing them anymore. Please let me
know.
