I imagine it's crazy over there after being gone, but know that we appreciate all your hard work. Quick question: I'm a little confused by comment 7 and Emily's comment number 5. Are retaining walls not included in the private improvements code section that was revised back in February? (See comment number 12.) There definitely is a supplemental declaration addressing it, I just thought that County was not reviewing them anymore. Please let me know.
