A land boundary survey was performed for each subject property in compliance with regulations set forth in 18VAC10-20-370. 3. Metes and bounds calls along the centerline of Moore's Creek from points °A" to "B° are provided for mathematical closure and area calculation purposes only. 4. This plat has been prepared without the benefit of a current title report and therefore may not reflect all easernents and encumbrances upon the subject properties shown hereon. 5.
