Below are our responses to the remaining comments on the site plan. Planning (Mariah Gleason): 1. Comment has been previously addressed. 2. Comment has been previously addressed. 3. The landscaping plan has been updated as follows: a. Comment has been previously addressed. b. Comment has been previously addressed. C. Comment has been previously addressed. d. Comment has been previously addressed. e. Comment has been previously addressed. f. Comment has been previously addressed. g. Comment has been previously addressed. h. Comment has been previously addressed. I. The name of the Princeton Elm has been corrected. j. The evergreen tree label on the chart has been corrected. k. The number of trees have been corrected. I. The labels have been corrected, as requested. 4. The substitution request is being submitted to Planning for review by the developer. 5. Comment has been previously addressed. 6. Comment has been previously addressed. 7. The boundary information on Sheet 3 has been updated to match the metes and bounds associated with the plat, as noted below: a. The boundary line info has been updated, as requested. b. This has been added. This is not a subdivision plat, and this comment is alittle excessive, but it has been done. C. This has been added. This is not a subdivision plat, and this information is not necessary or required, but it has been added. d. This is the measurement of the entire line. e. The labels have been adjusted to make sure they are not covered up by other notes. S. Comment has been previously addressed. 9. Comment has been previously addressed. 10. The greenway labels have been updated, addressing Park and Recreation comment. The info on the site plan now matches the subdivision plat. The greenway will be an easement, and the notes and open space information has been updated. 11. These comments have been addressed as followed: a. Comment has been previously addressed. b. Lots 62-65, 86 and 87 have been updated to avoid the issue of double frontage. The open space information has been updated as well. c. The open space information and labels have been updated to match the subdivision plat. d. The 20' ACSA utility easement has been labeled on the future development phase IV. 12. The road plans have been submitted for final approval and signatures. 13. This comment is acknowledged. 14. Revision dates have been added to the plan sheets that have been modified. 15. The easements have been updated with the information labeled on the site plan sheets as requested, matching the subdivision plat. Engineering: 1. Road plans have been submitted for final review and approvals. GIS/ E911: No objections Albemarle County Building: No objections, recommendation noted Fire/Rescue: No objections ACSA: No objections VDOT: No objections Parks & Recreation: 1. Acknowledged. 2. The greenway has been updated to an Easement, matching the plat. All information and labels have been updated accordingly.
