Good Morning,
All comments for application SUB2022-109 have been addressed and this plat is ready for final approval. As it states in
my revised comment letter (attached), this plat will need to be approved and recorded prior to the approval of
applications SUB2022-108, SUB2022-107, SUB2022-106, SUB2022-105, and SUB2022-104. In addition, VDH has indicated
they are still reviewing those applications.
Please submit two (2) hard copies of the Plat to the Community Development Department for final approval and
signature. Once signed by the Agent for the Board of Sueprvisors one copy will be kept for our records and one copy will
be returned to you. If you require additional copies please make copies of the signed Plat we return to you. Additional
copies will not be signed. Please make sure to print the Plats to scale, have all applicable parties sign them, and have it
notarized.

This email is to serve as the Health Department Transmittal of several applications. As seen in the attached transmittal
letter the applications are for a Rural Subdivision and five (5) subsequent two -lot subdivisions for parcels TMP 119-52
and TMP 119-53. These projects require Health Department approval before receiving final County approval. The
applicant has provided soils information for the all of the proposed lots as shown on the plats.
SUB2022-109 Lees Branch LLC Rural Division Plat
• this plat shows the creation of Lots 1, 2, 5, 8, 9,10, and 13 as well as Lots A, B, C, D, and E
• the applicant has provided the soils evaluations for Lots 1, 2, 5, 8, 9,10, and 13. Lots A, B, C, D, and E are all of the lots
that will be subsequently divided after the approval of this division. The soils evaluations for those lots have been
provided with those applications (SUB2022-108(Lot A),107(Lot B),106(Lot C), 105(Lot D), and 104(Lot E)).
