RE: SDP201300064 Church of Our Saviour New Annex Building Letter of Revision #2
Please consider for approval this Letter of Revision #2 to the Church of Our Saviour
New Annex Building Final Site Plan, SDP201300064, for a proposed change to
designation of the "House", which would be used as a `Dwelling". This would include 2
required parking spaces on the pad adjacent to the "Dwelling", as shown on the
attached sheets.
The owner wishes to use the "House" as a "Dwelling" for humanitarian use as housing
for intermediate term housing for immigrants: single family, no less than 30 day but no
longer than 2 year stays for any given family.
