RE: ZMA 2021-008 and ZMA 2021-009 Old Ivy Residences
Based upon the feedback received at the Planning Commission public hearing, we have revised our
application materials. Below is a summary of the materials we are submitting and description of the changes.
Revised and Resubmitted Materials:
1. Narrative, revision date of August 15, 2022
Revised to reflect updates to the transportation proffers, wetlands, and affordable housing.
2. Conceptual Plan, revision date of August 15, 2022
a. Revised to add wetlands to the legend on all applicable sheets.
b. Revised to clarify the location of the preserved slopes relative to the building envelopes (the
dark grey color indicating the preserved slopes was lightened in areas where they overlay with
the purple -colored building envelopes, see Sheets 8, 10, and 11).
c. Revision of affordable housing commitment note on Sheet 8.
d. Revision of wetland note on Sheet 8 to indicate that any disturbance is subject to County
Engineer approval.
e. Revision to clarify Zoning Ordinance setback requirements, shown on Sheets 2 and 13.
f. Revision to add note for signalized pedestrian crossing on Sheet 8.
3. Proffers, dated of August 15, 2022
