Description of Work: Removal of existing sign on the property, and installation of proposed sign
Comments: We're applying for approval on the sign location near RWSA's water main
in order to process the sign application permit with the ARB. We are
requesting RWSA's approval on the sign location.

Yes that works. RWSA has reviewed the Building permit pre application submittal for 04581-06-00-
001B0 for the demo and construction of a sign and consents to the proposed construction of the
new location of the sign that is out of the RWSA easement. All changes to the proposed work from
that shown in the drawings shall be approved by RWSA in writing prior to construction. RWSA
reserves all existing rights associated within the easement, including but not limited to its rights to
access, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of its facilities within the Easement. Please
have an RWSA inspector on site for demo of old sign.
