Box 154 Palmyra, VA 22963 RE: William Hussey Plat dated March 16, 1988 Dear Mr. Lum: Mr. and Mrs. Hussey were granted a variance of the minimum 250 foot road frontage requirements by the Board of Zoning Appeals on May 10, 1988. The minimum frontage they have been allowed is 190 feet. Mrs. Hussey has requested that I send you this letter requesting the necessary changes to the above mentioned plat. The plat will not be approved until the following changes have been made. 1. Notarized signature of the landowner. 2. Remove notes 8 and 9. 3�. Change family division wording to "This is a family division in accordance with Section 18-56-of the Albemarle County Subdivision Ordinance. Such parcel shall not be transferred for a period of one (1) year from the date of recordation except in accordance with this section of the Subdivision Ordinance. 4. Submit verification of family division in the form of a deed or a letter from an attorney certifying that this is a family division pursuant to Section 18-56 of the Subdivision Ordinance. Change development right wording to "Lot 1 and Lot 2 may not be further subdivided without Planning Commission Approval." Mr. Robert Lum May 20, 1988 Page 2 6. Virginia Department of Transportation approval of entrances will need to be obtained. Please submit a copy of the plat (revised or unrevised) to the Planning Department for forwarding to the Department of Transportation as soon as possible in order to expedite the review process. 7.
