That and the Belvedere Towncenter are very high on my to-do list now. On another note, SUB2016-105 Glenmore Subdivision easement has now been inactive for 6 months and I have to withdraw it from review. I had not heard anything back from you on it since early September. I've emailed multiple times, and I sent a letter on December 201h to you and the owner. I tried to call you that day as well but your voicemail system didn't seem to be working. The only contact information you provided on the application for the owner was their mailing address. Have you been in contact with them. Do they know the application is now going to be withdrawn? I never got a response from you on it. I still have not received a resubmission on SUB201600105 Glenmore Subdivision — Easement. It has been ready for signatures since July 8, 2016. You had emailed me (below) in early September stating that you thought they were about to submit their signed and notarized version for approval. I never received that submission. It is now coming up on its 6 month date (January 8`h, 2017) and will be withdrawn for inactivity. No email or phone numbers were provided on the application for the Applicant or the Owner. So I only have their mailing addresses. I tried to call you this morning but for some reason your voicemail system did not let me leave a message. I will be sending out a letter today stating that the application will be withdrawn for inactivity if it is not resubmitted on or by January 911, 2017. 1 would hate to have something that was ready for approval to be withdrawn. However, that is what will happen since there has been no resubmission in the last 6 months.
