As construction has proceeded on this project, various helicopter pilots have visited the site to review the progress and based upon their recommendations, we would like to relocate one additional tree, as shown on the accompanying drawings. This tree will be removed and replaced in the area where the additional tree locations were accomplished,as shown on the approved site plan. With this letter you will find the required application fee of $108.00, the site plan number — as referenced above,and 4 copies of the proposed change highlighted on the approved site drawings.
