This Written Warning is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Sediment basin remains. Woody vegetation on dam and embankments needs to be removed. Verify basin has required design storage volume and remove accumulated sediment if it does not. Corrective Action: convert temporary erosion control measures to permanent stormwater facilities and maintain Filterras. Deficiency: the project has been partially converted to its permanent stormwater design. Filterras have been installed, but they drain to a sediment basin instead the approved underground detention system. Project is ready for conversion completion. Deficiency: sediment basin needs to be converted to permanent stormwater management facility noted above, and all Filterras need maintenance and two or more are missing trees.
