This is your Written Warning in accordance with § 17-900 of the Water Protection Ordinance of
Albemarle County and Section 62.1-44.15:37 of the Virginia Stormwater Management Act.
This Written Warning is being issued because of the following deficiencies:
Deficiency: Sediment basin remains. Woody vegetation on dam and embankments needs to be
removed. Verify basin has required design storage volume and remove accumulated sediment if it does
not.
Corrective Action: convert temporary erosion control measures to permanent stormwater facilities and
maintain Filterras.

expected to be completed by the above date.
