This Written Warning is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Sediment basin remains. Woody vegetation on dam and embankments needs to be removed. Verify basin has required design storage volume and remove accumulated sediment if it does not. Corrective Action: convert temporary erosion control measures to permanent stormwater facilities and maintain Filterras. Deficiency: Corrective Action: Deficiency: Sediment basin requires maintenance including removal of all woody vegetation on dam and embankments. Verify basin still has required design storage volume and remove any sediment if it does not. Corrective Action: see comments for Item #33. Deficiency: the project has been partially converted to its permanent stormwater design. Filterras have been installed, but they drain to a sediment basin instead the approved underground detention system. Project is ready for conversion completion. Corrective Action: see Item #33 comments. Deficiency: sediment basin needs to be converted to permanent stormwater management facility noted above, and all Filterras need maintenance and two or more are missing trees.
