RE: Glenbrook at Foothills— Phase 3 — Road Plan (SUB 2021-00155)
Thank you for your comments dated August 26, 2022 on the above referenced project. Below are our responses to the remaining
comments on the site plan.
Planning (Mariah Gleason):
1. Comment has been previously addressed.
2. Comment has been previously addressed.
3. The landscaping easement has been updated from 11'to 13.5', matching he site plan.
4. Comment has been previously addressed.
5. Comment has been previously addressed.
6. Comment has been previously addressed.
7. Comment has been previously addressed.
S. Comment has been previously addressed.
9. Comment has been previously addressed.
10. A revision date has been added to the revised plan sheets.
11. The general notes have been updated to correspond with the site plan and subdivision plat for the greenway area.
12. The landscaping plan has been updated as follows:
a. This was not a comment on the site plan and I do not wish the change the canopy information on the road plans, thus
creating an additional comment on the site plan. If we have under -estimated the tree canopy then we are only
providing more than what is required by code, which is acceptable. No changes are necessary.
b. The name of the Princeton Elm has been corrected.
C. The evergreen tree label on the chart has been corrected.
d. The number of trees have been corrected.
e. The labels have been corrected, as requested.
f. The plants have been moved away from the wall.
13. The site distance easements have been labeled. In addition, the 2 additional sight distance easements have been added to the
plans, matching the subdivision plat and site plan.
Engineering:
