Submittal Requirements ® Site plan or latest approved plat showing, to scale, the proposed location of the sign(s) with dimensions. ® Distance from the sign to the property fines and/or edge of the V DOT right-of-way. ® Provide written authorization from the Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) for an approved location. ® If the sign will be located in an easement, a letter of approval from the easement holder will be required. A footing/foundation diagram showing how the base or pole will be anchored in the ground.
