Zion SUB 201700043 BLA Hi Will, Thanks for your comments on this one. I had to check with our field guys about the power line to see if it was the same as it was on our 1999 plat. We did not resurvey that part of the property at this time. I have added it to the plat. We did not find any easements of record in the chain of title for this property. Zion SUB 201700043 BLA Hi Gwen, I'm reviewing the Mt. Zion application. My only comment is with the utility line. Was there an easement with the overhead lines? If so, please include the note and deed book. Also, the 1999 plat shows power lines going through the southern part of the property. I don't know if they're still there. If they're overhead lines, we should show them with the others. Sec. 14-303(4&5) call for showing easements with deed book references. If there are no easements there,then we obviously don't need to worry about it. Please confirm. Other than that, I had no other comments. Check on those power lines and let me know. If we're clear there, then I think we can get signed copies for approval.Any questions?
