I already replied on this application, but wanted to clarify on this particular point.We are unable to provide official
written agreements or guarantees that we will approve any given application. I can say that the revisions you submitted
address the comments that I forwarded to you and I do not see any additional issues. I don't require any additional
materials, until you are able to get those signatures from owners.

Thanks, that's what I assumed but just wanted to make sure. We will make the revisions as noted and bring six (6) copies
to your office.Jerry Sheffer of my office will sign his seal, but the owner's consent will not be signed. The Crozet
Development property and the Maupin property will actually be purchased by Vue Realty Partners, LLC on about
December 19th or the 20th of 2016. Once Vue Realty Partners has ownership of both tracts,they will follow up with the
appropriate revised owners consent and merge the two properties.
What Vue Realty Partners wants prior to closing is assurance from the County that the plat will be approved.Thus, we
created the plat that you have reviewed. Once you see that we have made the requested revisions will the County
provide a letter indicating the plat can be approved and will be signed by the County upon receipt of appropriate owner
signatures?Thank you for your assistance and sorry if this is a bit confusing. Please advise.

Thank you for the comments on the boundary line adjustment plat.Typically we do not put addresses on what we would
call a recordation plat but we can do so to obtain your approval. We just need clarification as to what address to use.
Your comment says to include the address of the owner of record. Do we use the physical address of the property or
where the owner receives their tax ticket in the mail? For example the property owned by Crozet Development
Solutions, LLC has a physical address but their office, where they receive mail, is another address. Which one do you
want listed on the plat? Please advise, I hope to bring to you the revised plat today.

Sorry for being late getting back to you. I'm only in part-time, then got a bad cold and had to take some sick-leave—the
perils of having a baby in daycare...
The new plats (SUB201600229) looks good. I got your hard copies, but we will need the owner's signatures before we
can sign. If you could provide me with signed copies (owner and preparer), I believe that's all I need for that one.
Did you have anything else for SUB201600238, the easement?

Attached you will find an electronic copy of the revised boundary line adjustment plat between Maupin and Crozet
Development Solutions.The plat has been revised per your comments of yesterday. Six (6) hard copies of the plat are on
the way to your office. For your convenience, the specific revisions are listed below in the same order as your comment
letter.
1. Easement B, the Dominion Power& Embarq easement was a temporary easement used during the upgrades to
Jarmens Road. We picked it up from the VDOT improvement plans but since the road improvements have been
completed the easement is no longer in place. Thus, it has been removed from the plat and the remaining
easements have been re-lettered. For your information, I will do likewise on all of the site plan sheets.
2. The names and addresses of each owner of record are now shown on sheet 2 of the plat.
3. A note has been placed on sheet 2 of the plat indicating the property is not within an agricultural-forestal
district.
I trust with these revisions you will be in a position to provide a letter indicating the plat can be approved and signed by
the County once plats are provided with owner's signatures. Please advise.

I just called you. I got the Boundary Lot Line (SUB201600229) permit approved for you. I left it at the front desk for pick
up. It looks like you're still working with the County Attorney's office on SUB201600238. Let me know if there is anything
you need from me on that one.
Just as a reminder, the engineer had those comments on SUB201600238. Make sure the resubmittal meets those, so we
don't need to do another round of edits. I don't want to hold you up with more comments.
1. The Open Space Easement will need to be renamed. Previously Engineering has requested it to be named "Forest and
Open Space Easement'; however the County Attorney's Office is currently reviewing this and should have a
determination after the first of the year.
2. A template was previously sent to be modified and reviewed along with the plat and this is also under review by the
CAO. It is planned that this will be replaced with a standard Storm water Maintenance Agreement(modified from the one
found on our website)and this determination will also be made after the first of the year. Please contact me or John Blair
in the CAO if you would like to proceed with the template.
I'm in the office today, if you had any questions. FYI, my baby has the flu and an ear infection. So I might need to run

To follow-up on our conversation and as we are approaching the finish line regarding site plan approval for The Vue, Will
has taken over for Rachel who is on maternity leave. My understanding is that one of the remaining items is the
execution of a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Open Space. Yesterday, prior to the EDA
meeting for Brookdale, I dropped off executed Boundary Line Adjustment plats and Open Space Easement plats for
Will. I believe that the easement plat goes with the Declaration. I didn't know if the Declaration was intended to be

incorporated with the Storm Water Management Agreement as described below. vve are just trying to determine what
we are supposed to do. Please advise at your earliest convenience as we are trying to complete the last few remaining
