I have provided a couple of historic images which reflect the previous importance of this site to the community. Minor Changes B. Reroof structures to the slate gray as existing. See historic postcard of structure, Stucco to be painted Angus Gray, Doors to be painted salute Red, Trim to be painted white. C. Replace rotten deck and stairs, relocated 2nd egress door to top landing, structural lumber, pressure treated pine painted white. Releeat ...,...aRL- tank to part riele of rt.ruetu.re. D. Relocate skylights to north side of stone structure, for energy efficiency. E. Install wood gate 50" wide by 72" tall with wrought iron hardware in the alleyway between the existing commercial building and staircase.
