Dear Mr. & Mrs. Elder :
This letter is to notify you that your site plan will be
heard by the Site Review Committee on February 7 , 1985 and
you will be sent written comments from that meeting. The
meeting will be held at 10 : 00 a.m. , Second Floor, County
Office Building, Meeting Room #5/6. YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE
MUST BE PRESENT FOR THIS MEETING.
The site plan will not be heard by the Planning Commission
until the Board of Zoning Appeals grants a variance from
the scenic highway setback. The applicant is put on notice
that the scenic highway setback is measured from the reserved
right-of-way.
