Dedicate the necessary right of way and label it as "future county addition" for a shared use path extending from Brownsville Rd to Crozet Ave. b. Revise any acreage counts accordingly. Comments addressed. 2. [14-302 (13)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. Addressed. 3. [14-302(B)(5)] Include a note that the property is subject to the Steep Slopes (Managed) Overlay District. Remove note 11 and correct the labels on the plat. Critical slopes only apply to land outside of the development areas. Addressed. 4. [14-303(L)] New public stormwater facility and drainage easements will require a deed of dedication to be recorded with the plat. Once all revisions to the plat have been made, staff from the Engineering Division will draft the deeds and transmit them to the applicant. When the plat is ready to be submitted to the County for signature/approval, signed hard copies of the deeds will also need to be submitted so that the County Executive and County Attorney can sign them. The owner should continue to work with VDOT to convey the segment of right-of-way along Rte 250 to the Commonwealth. The Department finds this plat to be generally acceptable. If further information is desired, please contact Doug McAvoy Jr. at (540) 718-6113. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
