[14-301] Provide a scale for the plat. It appears the scales provided on sheet 2 are associated with the key map and vicinity map. a. Vicinity map appears to be misspelled on Sheet 2. 2. [14-302(A)(9)] Provide the standard note "Revised TMP 85-39B and Revised TMP 85-39132 each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 3. [14-302(A)(10)] Revise the development rights note to state that Parcel 39B has one (1) development right and may not be further divided. a. A parcel in the rural areas that is less than 21 acre in size requires a development right for a dwelling to be located on it. The dwelling at 2252 Stillhouse Creek Rd currently enjoys the use of that development right. The residue of TMP 85-39132 has four (4) development rights. It gave TMP 85- 39B one development right during the division recorded in Deed Book 1749 page 316. If you have any questions about this let me know. 4. [14-302(B)(1)] Include a date of revision. 5. [14-302(B)(10)] Include the standard note: The stream buffer shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance.
