Please note that this recommendation is based on the following conditions: 1. The maximum height of the tower is 122 feet above ground level. 2. The facility must be located and designed in accord with the plans titled "Scruby Tier III Personal Wireless Facility," prepared by John A. Daughtry III and last revised 7/28/22.
