The Albemarle County Planning Commission at its meeting, August 23, 2022, recommended approval of the above noted
Special Use Permit application by a vote of 5:1, for the reasons and conditions stated in the staff report.
Please note that this recommendation is based on the following conditions:
1. The maximum height of the tower is 122 feet above ground level.
2. The facility must be located and designed in accord with the plans titled "Scruby Tier III Personal Wireless Facility,"
prepared by John A. Daughtry III and last revised 7/28/22.
