Other issues: 5.1.25 contains regulations for winery. Discussed provisions of 1,500 sf tasting area.
More sf is by Sp. Discussed special events and festivals.
Recommended that festival parking and display area be shown on the site plan. Recommended taper
for entrance. Applicant wants 2 entrances-one for winery and one for residence. Told this may be
able to be accomodated. Need to see design first. Changes to existing pond are proposed. E&S may
be required but if the pond is for ag use it is exempt. DEQ -VPDES permit for discharge of water used
for cleaning of equipment.
