Hi Ben, I corrected the typo for DB 599-580 (see attached); removed the "Parcel B". There is no need for a soil reportfor TMP 59-3. The only impact on TMP 59-3 is the small triangle for the "New Access Esm't. ". I trust the above plat adequately addresses your concerns. Looks like the VDH approval was issued for the soils report for 59-1 and 59-2. Are we still awaiting soils report for 59-3? Hi Ben, I'm attaching my revised plat for your approval. I have addressed Items 1, 2, 3, and 4, removed the Parcel "B"and labeled that triangle area as "New Access Esmt. ".
