This plan was approved by the Planning Commission on November 23, 1995. Tentative approvals are still required by the Erosion and Sediment Control Officer, Albemarle County Service Authority, and the Architectural Review Board (Issuance of a Certificate of Approval). As we discussed prior to my trip in May, since you have not received all tentative approvals prior to May 23, 1995, this Department must renotify the adjacent property owners prior to signature. In any event, the preliminary site plan approval will expire after November 23, 1996. After June 30, 1995, I will no longer be employed by Albemarle County. Please forward any correspondence to Bill Fritz after this date. If I can be of any additional help prior to this date, please contact me at your earliest convenience. The board voted unanimously (4:0) to grant the certificate if the following conditions are met; 1) Further define the arches in the front of the building. 2) Use lighting appropriate to the architecture proposed. 3) Provide a continuous line of buffer shrubs around the loading spaces.
