It's me again, but in regards to the Boyle&Smith 2-lot subdivision.We have Health Department Approval.The
Community Development Engineer had no objections. I completed my review of the plats and had no comments.
I'll need copies with the owner's signatures, in order for us to sign the plats. Let me know when we might get those
signed copies. -

the Russell W. Boyle Trust u/a/d February 5, 2008 (the"Russell
Trust")and Ruth M.Boyle,Trustee of the Ruth M.Boyle Trust u/a/d
February 5,2008(the"Ruth Trust")by deed from Russell W.Boyle

contained in duly recorded deeds,plats,and other instruments constituting constructive notice in the
chain of title to the Property,or which may be disclosed by a physical examination of the Property,
