Subject: SUB 2016-135 Jarmins Gap Road—Easement
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Easement
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference,which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)(14)] Identify easement holder for site distance easement. Is this to be dedicated to public
use?
2. [14-302(A)(15)] Identify easement holder for temporary construction easement. Is there a deed
associated with this easement?
3. [14-302(6)(6)] Label tax map and parcel numbers of property.
4. [14-302(6)(7)] Include note stating that property is within a water supply watershed and is not located
within an agricultural-forestal district.
5. [14-303(D)] Include acreage of existing lots.
