The Property was built per the approved site plan. • There are no applications for a special use permit, zoning map amendment, special exception, or variance pending approval on the Property. • In the event of a casualty, in whole or in part, the structure located on the Property may be built in its current form subject to the approval of a building permit and applicable site plans and building code. • This office has no record of any open building or zoning violations for the Property.
