Attach a separate sheet if necessary. Chick -fil -A proposes to construct a restaurant with drive -thru service at the site of the previous Aunt Sarah's Pancakes, 1626 Richmond Rd. The project proposes to add a 4th lea to the existing signalized intersection of Rt. 250 with State Farm Blvd. that will connect tn a road hehind the site that will he ennstnicted tn provide parcel interrrnnectivity between the sites tn the north and south of the CFA ite. The building for this site is located between Rt. 250 and the parking lot. The drive thru lanes will be between the building and Rt. 250. Due to the slope of the existing parcel from back to front, an approximately 8 foot retaining wall will be required along the site frontage to provide the level surface needed for the drive -thru and building. The view from the roadway of the vehicles in the drive - thru lanes will be screened from visibility with a combination of landscaping, wall and green screens. Only (1) set of building material samples is required. All submittal items, including building material samples, become the property of Albemarle County. Individually identify trees of a 6 -inch caliper or greater. © Existing and proposed topography drawn with contour intervals of 2 -feet, and with sufficient off -site topography to describe prominent and pertinent off -site features and physical characteristics, but in no case less than 50 -feet outside of the site. © Location and size of existing and proposed utilities and easements.
