Ft . @ 79 . 26 trips per day per 1000 Sq . Ft . = 317 VPD Specialty Retail Center 23600 Sq. Ft . @ 40 . 67 Trips per day per 1000 Sq . Ft . = 960 VPD Residential R-6 Zoning 3 . 7 Acres x 6 = 22 Units 22 Units @ 10 VPD each = 220 VPD Drive In Bank 1800 Sq . Ft . @ 265 . 21 Trips per day per 1000 Sq . Ft . = 477 . 4 VPD Specialty Retail Center Associated with the Bank 28200 Sq . Ft @ 40 . 67 trips per day per 1000 Sq. Ft . =1146 . 9 VPD Total projected Vehicle trips per day = 3121 . 3 VPD 4 • Based upon the above number , a category 5 pavement design will be required. Please note that it was not taken into consideration that there would not be any other entrances onto Berkmar Drive from the properties in question.
