The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat once the following comments
have been addressed. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning
Ordinances unless otherwise specified].

recorded.

Please correct the spelling of McComb Road' to McComb Street' on all pages of the plan.
Please show the change of road name from 'McComb Street' to Cling Lane' at the
intersection of 'Lexi Lane'. These changes will need to be made before final approval is
given.

The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section has reviewed the Pleasant Green Subdivision, Phase 2B & 3 - Plat, dated August 1, 2022
as submitted by Roudabush, Gale & Assoc., Inc. and find the following:
1. Approved road plans meeting SSAR, and in compliance with the VDOT Road Design
Manual are required prior to final plat approval.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
owner/developer must contact the VDOT Charlottesville Residency Land Use Section at (434)
422-9399 for information pertaining to this process.

comments.

1. RWSA has a 20' easement on the north side of the parcel that is not shown. (attached)
