RE: SDP2002 - 109 Carriage Gate Apartments Final Site Plan [Tentative Application Submittal]
The attached plan and approval letter are being distributed to you for tentative approval. Please review
these plans and enter your comments into SPIN by October 25, 2002. I will distribute the comments
you place in SPIN to the applicant and advised the applicant to work with each of you to address any
outstanding requirements for approval. I have reviewed the application and
can offer the following comments:
1. The applicant has included BMP calculations and Hydrological/Hydraulic Calculations. However, a
fee and application for these have not been submitted.
2. No lighting is shown on the plan. In the cover letter the applicant states that no lighting is proposed.
However, lighting notes are included in the General Notes.

This letter is in response to the letter (including the checklist) dated September 12,
2002.

A-1 See sheet S3 for all landscape and utility information.
B-1 See sheets S2, El and BMP, Hydrologic/Hydraulic, and Storm Sewer
Calculations for BMP information.
B-2 Parking grade cross slopes are 5% or less, as per requirements.
B-3 See sheets El, E2 and Erosion and Sediment Control Narrative.
B-4 Application completed and signed. Fee included with submittal.
B-5 See included calculations and sheet S3 for Stormwater/BMP plan.
B-6 This item is being addressed by the Owner.
B-7 The SWM Facility outfall is less than the existing outfall into the channel.
Therefore, the channels will still be adequate.
C Per the Owner, site lighting will not be installed on this project.
D-1 See sheet S3 and S4 for the Water and Sewer Construction drawings.
