CHECKLIST FOR EXEMPTION FROM PROVISIONS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
A. All parcels as a result of such subdivision shall be 5 acres or greater and have a minimum of 250'of state road frontage.
OR
B. The sale and/or exchange of lard between adjoining landowners;provided,that

appropriate symbol and wording on the plat together with sign tares of both landowners pursuant to Section 18-55(b)and
by the instrument of conveyance thereof,AND
