This is the family division that could not be approved as a family division, that we just received this week and was discussed at Tuesday's distribution meeting. The land is owned by an LLC. They will be resubmitting as a 2-Lot subdivision. That would require Planning Commission approval, which is a separate process from the subdivision process.
