PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT AFTER CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION, REPAIR,
REPLACEMENT, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE OR REMOVAL OF SUCH UTILITIES, ANY
DISTURBED SOIL SHALL BE REPORTED TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION OR AN ENGINEERED
SOIL MIX SHALL BE PLACED PER THE DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS, AND THE SWM OPEN
SPACE AREA OR AREAS SHALL BE RETURNED TO A NATURAL VEGETATED STATE.
