• Include information on the proposed redevelopment of the site. In the pre-app
it was discussed that the existing building will remain in operation while the
new building is constructed. Please confirm this.
• Provide additional information on the modern facilities. Include
imaging/materials for soundproofing
• May be helpful to show the multiple buildings on the conceptual plan
• Clarify if any graywater will be stored on site
