PHIS DEED made this 25th day of Marchp 1981, by and
between JAMES F. SLOSSON and LELIA E. SLOSSON, husband and wife,
"Grantors," and J. W. SIEG & CO., INC., a Virginia corporation,
"Grantee," whose address is Drawer 4000, Charlottesville,
Virginia 22903;
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and the good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
(which is hereby acknowledged, Grantors do hereby GRANT, BARGAIN,
SELL and CONVEY with GENERAL WARRANTY and ENGLISH COVENANTS OF
(TITLE unto Grantee, J. W. Sieg & Co., Inc. all the following
(described real property, to -wit:
All that certain tract or parcel of land
consisting of 8.755 acres, more or less, as
shown on the attached plat, made a part
hereof, of Roudabush, Gale & Associates, Inc.,
dated March 13, 1987, situate in Albemarle
County, Virginia on the west side of the
Intersection of Interstate 64 and U.S. Route
29, south of the City of Charlottesville,
Virginia; and being in all respects the same
property conveyed to Grantors by deed of
Hotel -Motel Associates, Inc., dated May 27,
1980, of record in the Clerk's Office of the
Circuit Court of the County of Albemarle in
Deed Book 694, page 150. Reference is hereby
made to the aforesaid deed, as well as the
deeds and plats referred to therein, for a
more particular description of the property
hereby conveyed.
