Location and color of cottages are also being taken into consideration. We are working with an'ace, Andrew Walker, on a viewshed analysis to ensure our plantings are as effective as possible for our surrounding community. His initial findings are the next few slides The closest neighbor in the view corridor is 744 yards ]0.44 miles] away from the new cottages. The farthest is 2992 yards 11.7 miles].
