1. The proposed buildings will be 3 stories tall and as seen from Rt 29, only
the top floor and roof could be visible. They surround a courtyard facing
Timberwood Blvd and Laurel Park Ln, neither of which is visible. They will
be a combination of brick and siding as shown on the attached pictures.
2. This is in keeping with Block V HTC as well as the adjoining neighborhood to
the South.

drawings. Submittal of elevations that are not visible from the Entrance Corridor may be required
to clarify the overall building design.
