Good afternoon Kevin,
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised Subdivision Plat of Stockton Creek and the revised Map showing
critical slopes and building sites.
Lots 17 & 18 have been revised slightly to allow the building site to be on the cul de sac side of the critical
slopes for Lot 17.
The plat has been revised to reflect your Final plat review comments, dated August 23, 2022 as follows:
15. Scott Collins has advised us that he will submit the review fee balance of $52.04.
16. A revised date of September 8, 2022 has been added to all three sheets of the plat.
17. Ok.
18. N/A. Note 9 on sheet 1 states that Stockton Creek Lane and Stockton Creek Court are hereby dedicated to
the county for public use.
Engineering:
Ia. Note 2 has been completed to state that all irons are to be set by September 30, 2023.
1b. We will submit the signed sealed plats once approved.
2a. The plat has been revised to label the drainage easements from the road as "public".
Note 10 has been added to state that the New Public Drainage Easements are hereby dedicated to Public
Use.
2b. The plat has been revised to label the New Variable Width "SWIVI Facility Easement" ((D13 thru D22)
including the acreage of 0.33 acre) and the New 12' Width SWIM Facility Maintenance Access Easement"(Al,
A2, AC1, AC2, & AC3).
D22 is now included in the SWIVI Facility Easement. The easements are tied to the outside boundary.
VDOT:
1. Ok.
2. Please see Note 11 on Sheet 1.
3. Please see Note 12 on Sheet 1.
4. The owner has elected not to dedicate right-of-way along State Routes 803 or 750.
5. Ok.
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know if you have any additional
comments.

Scott,
Gwen has revised the plat and I've attached it as a pdf.
I've also revised the exhibit that shows the building sites.
We revised Lots 16 & 17 slightly to allow the building site to be on the cul cle sac side of the critical slopes.
Note 9 references the roads being dedicated to public use, so I don't know why they refer to private
improvements.
Gwen also changed the labeling of the easements as requested.
Would a year be long enough to allow the grading to be finished so we can set all the final iron pins at the
corners?
If not, we can put that out further. We can always set them earlier, but have to have them set by the date
listed.
She also added the requested notes from VDOT.
Looks like all the other comments don't relate directly to the final plat.
We'll get the one other drain field location processed soon and sent to Chris.
My guys picked that up when we staked the proposed well sites.
