Re: SUB202200135 Castalia Farm Easement Plat — Review Comments

The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.
1 . [14-203.D.2] Fees. The outstanding fee of $331.76 must be paid prior to final plat approval.
2. [14-302.A.2] Include a vicinity map at a scale of 1 inch: 2,000 ft. or similar.
3. [14-302.A.3] Streets. Include the state route number and right-of-way width of Stony Point Pass.
4. [14-302.B.1] Include date of revision with the plat update.
5. [14-302.B.7] Watershed. Include a note indicating that properties are not located within a county water supply
watershed.
6. [14-302.B.7] Ag Forest district. Include a note indicating whether properties are located within a county
agricultural and forestal district.
7. [14-302.B.10] Stream buffer. Include the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shallbe managedin
accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance.
8. [14-303.A] Statement of consent. Include the following statement: "The platting ordedication of the following
described land [insert a correct description of the land] is with the free consent and in accordance with the desire
of the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees, if any."
9. [114-303.0, 14-202. 1 ] Signature panels. Include signature panels for each owner, agent, or designee. The
signature panel shall be located below the statement required by § 14-303.A.
10. [14-303.P] Notary panels. Include notary panels to acknowledge the signature of the owner.

1. Please show Owner's signature panel and Notary panel.
2. Re -label title and easement as Forest & Open Space Easement.
3. Engineering will draft a SWM Deed of Dedication that will be sent to the owner for signatures
once the plat is finalized.
