I've reviewed the subject Site Plan, dated March 4, 2022, again in conjunction with
engineered plans for the onsite sewage disposal system and are confident that a permit for
its construction will be issued when the applicant is ready to build. I've also received
notice from the Office of Drinking Water that they will be approving the existing well as
a waterworks.
Based on the results of this review, I recommend approval of the current Site Plan.
