Cameron, we moved the tree between lot 4 and lot 5 to be by lot 8 in the ROW. We still have the same amount of
trees on Brindle Lane, but the spacing is now more than 50 ft. we know there is some flexibility in the spacing but we
want to make sure this is ok with you.

Attached is a PDF of the Final Site Plan for Proffit Road Townhomes South. We went ahead and updated the roofrain
to be 8" on Sheet C6 and we moved the tree to be outside the public stormwater drainage easement by structure A9
Sheet C12.
Please let Cameron know if this is good with you, then we can send you physical copies for signatures.

I'm trying to wrap up the final site plan submittal for this and I wanted some clarification regarding this comment.
The way I'm understanding it is that you want us to revise the 6" roofdrain to 8" roofdrain for lots 22-31. Could you
please confirm that this is what you mean? I tried to reach you over the phone a few times today but I couldn't.

Cameron, we moved the tree between lot 4 and lot 5 to be by lot 8 in the ROW. We still have the same amount of trees
on Brindle Lane, but the spacing is now more than 50 ft. we know there is some flexibility in the spacing but we want to
make sure this is ok with you.

Cameron, we moved the tree between lot 4 and lot 5 to be by lot 8 in the ROW. We still have the same amount of trees
on Brindle Lane, but the spacing is now more than 50 ft. we know there is some flexibility in the spacing but we want to
make sure this is ok with you.

I'm trying to wrap up the final site plan submittal for this and I wanted some clarification regarding this comment. The
way I'm understanding it is that you want us to revise the 6" roofdrain to 8" roofdrain for lots 22-31. Could you please

Attached is a PDF of the Final Site Plan for Proffit Road Townhomes South. We went ahead and updated the roofrain to
be 8" on Sheet C6 and we moved the tree to be outside the public stormwater drainage easement by structure A9 Sheet
C12.

Yes, we added in the trips for the approved siteplan on the north side, I misspoke earlier, looks like per the 7/1 report
we added the traffic from all 80 possible units. The current siteplan for the north side is around 60 1 believe.
Per our report we added 564 trips from that development to the 2019 AADT data.

I have not been able to located that email or document. Let me know if you think it is necessary. I would think the turn -
lane warrant analysis for the project would capture it though.
If it helps, SUB202100116 is ready to sign. It's just waiting on owner notarized signatures. Basically, the development
intensity on this lot has been, for the most part, platted and approved, and should be a factor as a turn -lane is
considered with the development of the southern residential area.

The only full entrance to Proffit Road North is through Acadia. The dedicated ROW to the east is being built as an
emergency -only access so it will be cordoned off with bollards. I believe VDOT mentioned in the course of the review of
SUB202000116 that the entrances would need to align and that road improvements would need to be provided. I'll try
to dig back and get that email.

Just sending some screenshots for when we meet later once you take a look at these. Or maybe it can be answered on
email too. Again, no rush as we discussed since it is not hard deadline due today. Just sending this while I have a few

The 1" screenshot is the one I wasn't sure where it would align with Proffit Road North. I think the red, blue, and black
would each get a road name but I need to figure out if there is a road across the street from the blue that would need to
get named the same.

It looks like you are the planner for SUB202000116 So I'm copying you on here. I have the one in the V screenshot from
Cameron and I'm trying to figure out if any roads in the Proffit Road North line up with the blue road. The second
screenshot looks like there are two possible places ( Acadia Dr and Hallsridge Rd) that could potentially be right across
from the blue line. If they are 60' either direction or less the blue will have to get the same road name.
If either of you want to meet in person or teams call just shoot me a meeting request. I'm in the office M-W 7am-
3:30pm and working from home Th-F.

I'm sure what you said just made sense to Cameron but not being a planner I have no clue was a turn lane warrant
analysis is, loll Maybe I will defer to Cameron on his thoughts when he get's to this project. Even without an email if it
seems like that is going to be an intersection then I would say it should get the same name. I can always put that in my
comments and just explain the situation and maybe the developer can figure it out?

I have not been able to located that email or document. Let me know if you think it is necessary. I would think the turn -
lane warrant analysis for the project would capture it though.
If it helps, SUB202100116 is ready to sign. It's just waiting on owner notarized signatures. Basically, the development
intensity on this lot has been, for the most part, platted and approved, and should be a factor as a turn -lane is
considered with the development of the southern residential area.

The only full entrance to Proffit Road North is through Acadia. The dedicated ROW to the east is being built as an
emergency -only access so it will be cordoned off with bollards. I believe VDOT mentioned in the course of the review of
SUB202000116 that the entrances would need to align and that road improvements would need to be provided. I'll try
to dig back and get that email.

Just sending some screenshots for when we meet later once you take a look at these. Or maybe it can be answered on
email too. Again, no rush as we discussed since it is not hard deadline due today. Just sending this while I have a few
minutes before I forget.
The 1" screenshot is the one 1 wasn't sure where it would align with Proffit Road North. I think the red, blue, and black
would each get a road name but I need to figure out if there is a road across the street from the blue that would need to
get named the same.

It looks like you are the planner for SUB202000116 So I'm copying you on here. I have the one in the 11 screenshot from
Cameron and I'm trying to figure out if any roads in the Proffit Road North line up with the blue road. The second

screenshot looks like there are two possible places ( Acadia Dr and Hallsridge Rd) that could potentially be right across
from the blue line. If they are 60' either direction or less the blue will have to get the same road name.
If either of you want to meet in person or teams call just shoot me a meeting request. I'm in the office M-W 7am-
3:30pm and working from home Th-F.

The only full entrance to Proffit Road North is through Acadia. The dedicated ROW to the east is being built as an
emergency -only access so it will be cordoned off with bollards. I believe VDOT mentioned in the course of the review of
SUB202000116 that the entrances would need to align and that road improvements would need to be provided. I'll try
to dig back and get that email.

Just sending some screenshots for when we meet later once you take a look at these. Or maybe it can be answered on
email too. Again, no rush as we discussed since it is not hard deadline due today. Just sending this while I have a few
minutes before I forget.
The 1' screenshot is the one I wasn't sure where it would align with Proffit Road North. I think the red, blue, and black
would each get a road name but I need to figure out if there is a road across the street from the blue that would need to
get named the same.

It looks like you are the planner for SUB202000116 So I'm copying you on here. I have the one in the V screenshot from
Cameron and I'm trying to figure out if any roads in the Proffit Road North line up with the blue road. The second
screenshot looks like there are two possible places ( Acadia Dr and Hallsridge Rd) that could potentially be right across
from the blue line. If they are 60' either direction or less the blue will have to get the same road name.
If either of you want to meet in person or teams call just shoot me a meeting request. I'm in the office M-W 7am-
3:30pm and working from home Th-F.

The 1" screenshot is the one I wasn't sure where it would align with Proffit Road North. I think the red, blue, and black
would each get a road name but I need to figure out if there is a road across the street from the blue that would need to
get named the same.

It looks like you are the planner for SUB202000116 So I'm copying you on here. I have the one in the 1" screenshot from
Cameron and I'm trying to figure out if any roads in the Proffit Road North line up with the blue road. The second
screenshot looks like there are two possible places ( Acadia Dr and Hallsridge Rd) that could potentially be right across
from the blue line. If they are 60' either direction or less the blue will have to get the same road name.
