Cameron, we moved the tree between lot 4 and lot 5 to be by lot 8 in the ROW. We still have the same amount of trees on Brindle Lane, but the spacing is now more than 50 ft. we know there is some flexibility in the spacing but we want to make sure this is ok with you. The way I'm understanding it is that you want us to revise the 6" roofdrain to 8" roofdrain for lots 22-31. Could you please confirm that this is what you mean? Let me know if you think it is necessary. I would think the turn - lane warrant analysis for the project would capture it though. If it helps, SUB202100116 is ready to sign. It's just waiting on owner notarized signatures. Basically, the development intensity on this lot has been, for the most part, platted and approved, and should be a factor as a turn -lane is considered with the development of the southern residential area.
