The following is our comment response letter addressing comments received from various departments. Each comment is addressed and responded to as follows: Albemarle County Planning Services — Kevin McCollum Comment 7: [14-303(L)] New stormwater facility easements will require a deed of dedication to be recorded with the plat. Once all revisions to the plat have been made, staff from the Engineering Division will draft the deeds and transmit them to the applicant. When the plat is ready to be submitted to the County for signature/approval, signed hard copies of the deeds will also need to be submitted so that the County Executive and County Attorney can sign them. Please contact Engineering Division staff directly if you have further questions. Comment stands. Response 7: Noted. Enaineerina — David James Comment 4: [14-302B] Provide dimensional ties between at least two (2) permanent monuments on exterior property boundary. (Rev.1) Provide tie lines to boundary corner for the 46' SWM Facility easement. Response 4: The Tie has been added. Comment 5: (Rev.1) Record easement plat and deed of dedication prior to WPO plan approval. Response 5: Note. w . Typical easement dimensions behind hydrants extend 10-feet behind the hydrant. It looks like a sliver of additional easement behind the hydrant will be needed.
