Bohler Engineering is pleased to submit on behalf of Halle Properties, LLC the revised
Easement Plat 3rd Submission for the Discount Tire in Albemarle County, Virginia. The following
is our comment response letter addressing comments received from various departments. Each
comment is addressed and responded to as follows:
Albemarle County Planning Services — Kevin McCollum
Comment 7: [14-303(L)] New stormwater facility easements will require a deed of dedication
to be recorded with the plat. Once all revisions to the plat have been made, staff
from the Engineering Division will draft the deeds and transmit them to the
applicant. When the plat is ready to be submitted to the County for
signature/approval, signed hard copies of the deeds will also need to be
submitted so that the County Executive and County Attorney can sign them.
Please contact Engineering Division staff directly if you have further questions.
Comment stands.
Response 7: Noted.
Enaineerina — David James
Comment 4: [14-302B] Provide dimensional ties between at least two (2) permanent
monuments on exterior property boundary. (Rev.1) Provide tie lines to boundary
corner for the 46' SWM Facility easement.
Response 4: The Tie has been added.
Comment 5: (Rev.1) Record easement plat and deed of dedication prior to WPO plan
approval.
Response 5: Note.

Comment 2: Easement Plat — Extend proposed easement 10-feet passed proposed meter
vault. Typical easement dimensions behind hydrants extend 10-feet behind the
hydrant. It looks like a sliver of additional easement behind the hydrant will be
needed.
Response 2: The easement has been revised.
Should you have any questions regarding this project or require additional information, please
do not hesitate to contact me at (540) 349-4500.
Sincerely,
Bohler Engineering
