Below are our responses to the remaining comments on the road plans. A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan 1. Section 2 will be completed prior to pre -con meeting request 2. Sections 4 & Swill be updated with the approved plans prior to pre -con meeting request. 3. Addressed. 4. Other sections will be updated as needed prior to pre -con meeting. 5. SWPPP Cover: a. Project start and completion dates are removed from the cover sheet b. SWPPP revision dates are provided. B. Pollution Prevention Plan 1. Addressed. 2. The SWPPP has a written description of the concrete washout as well as a detail added after the exhibits per meeting on 9/15. 3. "Double -walled fuel tank" and "dumpster with a cover" has been noted on the PPP exhibits as well as the E&S sheets 5-7 as discussed in our meeting on 9/15. C. Stormwater Management Plan 1. Addressed. 2. Addressed. 3. Addressed. 4. An easement plat will be recorded prior to approval. 5. Addressed. 6. SWM facility & access easements will be recorded with the final plat. 7. Road plans have been submitted for review. 8. This comment is acknowledged. 9. This comment is removed per meeting on 9/15. 10. This comment is removed per meeting on 9/15. Please see submitted Road Plans for inlet drainage area map. 11. Contours have been smoothed to provide sheet flow condition and remove the "side channels" at the tie- in points of proposed grading to existing grading per discussion at 9/15 meeting. 12. Sheets 9&10 a. Area outside of DA'A' but within the LOD has been hatched with a cross -hatch pattern per our meeting on 9/15. b.These areas have been added to the narrative to reference Section D. Further notes have been added to the specific houses on Sheet 10 that are outside of DA'A' pertaining to splash block usage. c. LOA point has been shown on Sheets 9 & 10. 13. SWM agreement will be submitted. D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 1. Addressed. 2. Addressed. 3. SB1: a. Addressed. b.Addressed. 4. This comment is removed per meeting on 9/15. 5. Addressed. 6. Withdrawn. 7. Please see sheets 6&7 where drainfields have been included as "additional LOD" and silt fence has been added around these additional areas for E&S purposes only. As discussed in meeting on 9/15 these are shown as additional areas for utility installation only. 8. An additional sediment trap has been added and the diversion dike has been moved to capture the area of concern as discussed in meeting on 9/15. A detail and computations forthis trap are provided on sheet 6 (ESC Phase II). 9. According to the code referenced, the 3:1 slope in question would require slope benches or surface water diversions if the vertical height of the slope exceeds 30 feet. These slopes are 18 feet high, so slope benches or surface water diversions are not required. Per meeting on 9/15 this comment is to be removed.
