This email is to inform you that application SDP202200040 Verizon Batesville Tier II Burchs Creek Rd (Miller School
Property) has been approved. In addition, Special Exception application SE202200038 Special Exception was approved
by the Board on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Attached for your records is a copy of the Special Exception
Resolution.
In preparing your building permit application, please be advised of the performance standards and requirements in
County Code Chapter 18 Section 5.1.40(d)(1) and 5.1.40(d)(2), including a certification by a registered surveyor stating
the height of the reference tree, a final revised set of plans, and tree conservation plan. These requirements must be
satisfied before the building permit can be issued.
