The amendment is being prepared to reflect a field change where the contractor provided a rip-rap lined ditch to convey stormwater runoff to the stormwater management pond forebay instead of utilizing 36" storm sewer pipe as shown on the approved plans. The information provided on the amendment reflects a field survey of the new storm sewer pipe, rip-rap ditch and as-built topography The proposed change to the plan includes replacing approximately 250-LF of 36" storm sewer pipe (structure 2B to 2A, 2A to 2, and 2 to 1)with approximately 41-LF of 36" storm sewer pipe(structure 2B to new structure 2B-1)and 200-LF of a rip-rap lined stormwater conveyance channel from structure 2B-1 to the forebay. For ease of reference, the approved storm sewer pipe location is shown "grayed-back" on the amendment. Additionally, the following information has been provided on the plan amendment sheet. • Revised stormwater computations chart. • New Rip-Rap ditch calculations. • Updated storm sewer profile from 2B to 2B-1.
