Regarding the special use permit, the Board by a vote of 5:0, forwarded the following recommendation to the Planning Commission for the above-noted petition: • The ARB expresses no objection to the proposed changes. Regarding the amendment to the Certificates of Appropriateness, the Board by a vote of 5:0, approved the proposal as presented,with the following conditions: 1. The new antennas shall be mounted no further from the monopoles than the previous antennas. 2. All colors shall match the previous colors. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and exhibited for review, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Any change in the approved design or materials will require an amendment to the plan and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
