This is an existing restaurant on the Richmond Rd entrance corridor. The building is mainly comprised of white stucco and glass with aluminum frames. The roof is a weather grey shingle. This proposal is to replace the existing right side and front window from single pane tempered to thermopane glass. We are also proposing to raise the right side sill of the current window openings to be the same level as the Left side for consistency. The finishes and colors will remain the same. All windows will be a consistent 69" tall to the ceiling line. On the left side of the building we are proposing to remove the trellis and enclose this area with the same style of glass and extend the roof to cover this area with the same roof hip design currently on the building. The purpose of this is to have all interior space available for seating in the restaurant. The last item is to replace the old small copula with a new one that is 36" across the base and 69" tall, painted white with a copper roof. As we are extending the roof line we felt this was a more appropriate size. We have included a copy of this copula called "Bethany" with the submittal. B. This building is in keeping with the general uses and styles in the area and will keep intact the current finishes of the existing building. ►*i,. Architectural Review B oa r d , Building Permit Review(Preliminary/Final) `" Submittal Requirements Checklist Part A:Applicant Contact and Parcel Information Project name: C ( ?
