I spoke with this left miss young a message indicating that the solar development area shown red on the attached
drawing would be in in general accord with the SP conditions.

Here is the language in the SP Condition regarding concept plan:
Here's Condition 1 from the Board resolution:
Development and use must be in general accord (as determined by the Director of Planning and the
Zoning Administrator) with the plans prepared by Community Power Group titled "Conceptual Plan —
Special Use Permit," dated May 13, 2021 (hereinafter "Concept Plan") and included as Attachment C. To
be in general accord with the Concept Plan, development and use must reflect the following major
elements as shown on the Concept Plan:
1. Location of solar development envelopes,
2. Location of equipment yard, and
3. Retention of wooded vegetation in stream buffers.
Upon the approval of the Zoning Administrator and the Director of Planning, minor modifications may be
made to the Concept Plan that (i) do not otherwise conflict with the elements listed above and (ii) ensure
compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, and State or Federal laws.
Personally, I think the solar development envelopes are still in "general accord" but would want to make sure we are in
agreement. The overlay drawing is attached (blue is what was originally submitted and red is what they want to show
on their site plan). Let me know what you think.

Hi Phil,
Please see the attached overlay showing the permitted layout in blue and the modified layout in red. We
showed this to the County a few months ago and they said the red would need a site plan amendment which is
why we stayed with the original blue layout.
Let us know if you learn anything new or different from your inquiries.
Thanks,
