To be in general accord with the Concept Plan, development and use must reflect the following major elements as shown on the Concept Plan: 1. Location of solar development envelopes, 2. Location of equipment yard, and 3. Retention of wooded vegetation in stream buffers. Upon the approval of the Zoning Administrator and the Director of Planning, minor modifications may be made to the Concept Plan that (i) do not otherwise conflict with the elements listed above and (ii) ensure compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, and State or Federal laws. Personally, I think the solar development envelopes are still in "general accord" but would want to make sure we are in agreement. The overlay drawing is attached (blue is what was originally submitted and red is what they want to show on their site plan). Let me know what you think. Hi Phil, Please see the attached overlay showing the permitted layout in blue and the modified layout in red. We showed this to the County a few months ago and they said the red would need a site plan amendment which is why we stayed with the original blue layout.
